Blue Bird Massage, PLLC operates by appointment only. Contact me anytime to discuss your needs and reserve your spot using Visa, Master Card or any major credit card.
If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment please notify our oﬃce, by phone, at least 24 in advance of your scheduled session. There is a 50% cancellation fee for missed appointments without notiﬁcation. If you reschedule at the time of cancellation there will only be a $25 fee. Exceptions are made for illness and blizzards. Clients are not required to pay a cancellation fee with a valid medical note.
If you arrive late for your appointment, I will provide treatment for the remaining session time only, with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, I am unable to extend appointments beyond the originally speciﬁed time.
My massage therapy services are NOT covered by health insurance. I am able to accept payment from Health Savings Accounts (HSA). Please call me for more information.
Kindly arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your ﬁrst appointment to provide health information and consult with me regarding your condition. Contact me for more information.
Please let us know if you would prefer a speciﬁc massage therapist that has been recommended to you or if you would prefer a male or female practitioner when you call to schedule an appointment.
Illness and Health Concerns
Kindly let me know of any health conditions, allergies and/or other concerns you may have prior to treatment. In an effort to provide a healthy environment, I respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a cold, fever, or ﬂu, etc. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients..
